2010 SuperDraft Thanks

Thanks to Zipp, Tommy T., The Red Rose Inn and everyone else who helped put on the Draft this year. As always it is still the best time of the year. Other than Mother Nature, the weekend turned out great!

Especially with all the WN's coming up and guys all gung ho to win every weekend after that. Yeah winning is fun but why not enjoy the game for a weekend, take the time to meet some people and have a drink with them. We went 0-5 and had lots of fun, the worst part is I actually heard that a team benched a guy cause he wasn't very good at hitting. What a joke and that person/coach should be ashamed.

i had a great time playing w/ my team. i have played in the draft every year and ive coached for i think 4 or 5 years. i always pick people i have never played w/ thats what makes it so fun. u get to hang out and play w/ people u might not ever get the chance to play w/. and taco its fun winning to lol

i did have fun playn wit diffrent people ,,,,,,but getn smoked every game isnt fun,,,when a few position changes n line up changes makes it competive ,,,,,,i believe no 1 should sit n every 1 should get equal playn time ,,,in this kind of tourny,,,,but wit the draft every team is close in talent,,,u shouldnt be get run ruled.......n tell me this i seen atleast a dozen smoked balls up the middle ,,,seen two players get injured n couldnt continue........ya its bout playn wit other players

Bus, it was great seeing your little girl and significant other, your little girl was very polite and a joy to be around. Playing catch with her was to funny. She really got into it, two bad there was only like three feet between us when she was throwing, kid has got an arm I tell ya.

Zip, you need to hit the 151 after the games are done, although you sitting in short field with the snow goggles on was quite a sight to be seen. :D

And to the rest of my team, thanks for a great week-end. I could care less if we went 0-5 or 5-0. I still can't feel my toes (Here comes Marty telling me I can't see my toes :D) but they are thawing out real fast now.

Gregg made Ghost keep score for his team the last two games since his team was done before 10:00. I suggested to Gregg that it would be good for him to lear so he would have something to do this season besides roll the cooler from field to field. After seeing Syner03's performance this weekend we signed him up for the score keeping class at his local little league so he could learn how to as well. :eek:

Give us a break, you guys are trying to get everybody to forget how sorry you guys played. I seen another team out the full of catchers and DH's and they seem to compete just fine.

We may have gotten done by 10:00 but we at least won some games and competed with those that we lost to. That is where the real fun was.......... You guys just sucked until your time was up.:eek:

I have fun every year at this thing, but since we put together a team for the sole puropse of boozing and relaxing I have to say this was my favorite draft yet (team wise).
